Volunteer Positions

• Inside Security
• Be present inside the Haunted House in case assistance is needed
• Sitting allowed
• Will be subjected to loud noises, lack of lighting, smoke machines, and flashing lights.

• Be present and seen outside while walking the grounds to make sure everyone is behaving
• Lots of walking and standing
• Use of flashlights and walkie-talkies

• Parking Attendant
• Guide attendees and volunteers to the correct parking area.

• Must wear a vest as well as use a flashlight and walkie-talkie

• Assist with selling tickets to events, helping with wristbands, answering questions, checking in attendees

• Assist with selling theatre/haunted house merch

• Assist with the selling of glow items

• Help guide zombie attendees to the entrance

• Line Control
• Walk the line and make sure attendees are behaving and have purchased tickets

• May need to use your OUTSIDE voice

• Very loudly read the rules to the groups that enter the Haunted House. Make sure they verbally agree to the rules before proceeding to the entrance door

• Take tickets at the door. Check for Fast Pass/All-Inclusive wristbands. Make sure attendees agree to the rules before entering

• Guide attendees who purchase Fast Pass wristbands to the Fast Pass line

• Help prepare and sell concession items

• Food Truck Maintenance
• Help keep the food area clean: throw away food containers, change garbage, etc.

• Arrive early to help setup each outdoor area
• Lots of lifting, bending, kneeling, walking and standing

• Clean Up
• Arrive late to help clean up after each night. Friday night we just have to put things away. Saturday night is more intensive.

• Promotional Event Character
• Dress up in a character costume for various promotional events. These events are not on the same day as Haunted House, so please check the dates on the calendar.
